Shipping policy
Where we ship from. All orders are packed and dispatched from Thane, Maharashtra, India.
Where we ship to. Anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at present.
Shipping is free on every order within India.
Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day. Every order ships insured and tracked through a reputed courier, and you receive a tracking number by email on the day your piece ships.

Delivery requires a signature.
Payment. We accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Prices and tax. All prices on this site are in Indian rupees and are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued with every order. GSTIN 27ACPFA5448P1ZK.
Address accuracy. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, write to hello@ashandglint.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the piece has not shipped. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left us, and a package returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at your cost.
If something goes wrong in transit. If your tracking has not moved for 7 working days, or the package arrives damaged or opened, write to hello@ashandglint.com with photographs of the outer packaging before you unpack further. We deal with the courier, not you.
