This website, ashandglint.com, is owned and operated by Auressa Global Trading LLP, LLPIN ADA-9730, with its registered office at 604, Jyotirmay CHS Ltd., Vasant Kunj, Thane 400601, Maharashtra, India. GSTIN 27ACPFA5448P1ZK. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Auressa Global Trading LLP, and "you" means anyone using this site.

By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

What we sell. Hand-finished 925 sterling silver jewellery, made in Jaipur, India, set with natural stones. Product pages state the metal, the stones, the finish, the dimensions and the weight of each piece. Every piece ships with a disclosure card naming its materials and treatments.

Descriptions and images. We photograph every piece and take reasonable care that product pages are accurate. Product pages carry photographs of the actual piece. Lifestyle and campaign imagery elsewhere on this site and on our social channels may use generated models and environments; where it does, our imagery policy says so. No image is published that misrepresents the object you will receive. Screen colour varies, and natural stones vary piece to piece, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card details. If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where a piece is out of stock, where we cannot verify the payment or address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we decline, we refund in full.

Availability. Pieces are made in small numbers. A listed piece may sell out between your order and our confirmation. If that happens we tell you and refund in full within 7 working days.

Intellectual property. The Ash & Glint name, the seam mark, the designs of our pieces, and all text, photographs and imagery on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce, copy or use them commercially without written permission.

Your account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under it. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Acceptable use. Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it, or resell our pieces as your own product.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes or government action. We will tell you and offer a refund or a new date.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Grievance Officer. Complaints acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days.
